Seems like this could be a case where somebody might ask Fina to "do the right thing."
Remember, Noonan was implicated in porngate also. Corbett infamously said he could not consider taking action against him because it was in the midst of the Frein manhunt.
Wondering if we see anyone that was prosecuted by these guys asking for a retrial based on their, gender, ethnic and religious bias.
Good question...that's a whole other can of worms that I'm sure fina factored in while desperately trying to keep these emails and his attachment to them hidden. A lot of lawyers in PA are most certainly getting some calls from their clients right now.
And why did Seth Williams keep these two clowns (Fina & Constanza) on the payroll knowing that this stuff was lurking? He must have thought that it would never get out. Why would he think that? Assurances from Judge Carpenter or some other powerful people?
Consider yourself surprised. I'm not defending Fina. As you & others have said he seems to be a bad guy, except when he speaks about Joe's innocence, and then, of course, he's a saint & a hero.
Asking trolls to explain Fina's comments on that is not the same as declaring him a saint and hero.
Kane had the emails. Kane was the AG driving the bus. If she knew of anything illegal she could charge them. Why didn't she charge them?

Prior to these porno e-mails being released, I held Fina and Company in the highest regard.
Now - shockingly - I find myself questioning the integrity of these officers of the court.
Gosh - I may just see my faith in the whole political/judicial system called into question.

I may never again be comfortable putting my faith in those pillars of our society.....those folks who hold "senior positions".

Kane is the person that was charged. Kane has nothing that her own staff did not do too.

This isn't rocket science--from the recently unsealed filing back at the end of 2014: "The grand jury proceeding and the related protective order are now preventing Attorney General Kane from investigating and potentially prosecuting Fina and Costanzo. As a result, these two men — peddlers of pornography and obscenity depositing state paychecks — are allowed to maintain their positions as Assistant District Attorneys in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office,"
She was never even able to get the investigation off the ground due to the protective order/GJ proceeding. Once an investigation is complete she may very well charge them with something along the lines of theft of service, etc. (one of fina's favorites via ComputerGate)....how ironic would that be? Fina can join the guys in jail that he sent there via ComputerGate.
She may also charge Fina/Costanzo for providing materially misleading descriptions of the emails to the judge (they both claimed the emails were all private/personal which were allowed on OAG computers) in an effort to secure a protective order. Perhaps some perjury charges are in order? One would think judge carpenter would be pissed about his buddies misleading him in such a way thus making him now look like a fool, but who knows.
At the very least, Fina, Costanzo, and the rest of the porn dogs should be removed from their positions as prosecutors as they are not fit to hold them and their reputations have been destroyed...rightfully so.
It will also be interesting to see if these revelations about fina have any effect on JS's appeal for a retrial.

You're kind of missing the point of people always pointing to Fina's comments about Joe. Pretty much everybody here KNOWS that Joe didn't cover up anything to protect a pedophile, so nobody needed Fina's seal of approval. The fact that the media and public bought everything they were told EXCEPT Fina's comment about Joe is the issue. Freeh's story got press. Fina's did not.
And to your earlier comment (I'm paraphrasing) about how "everybody does it", everybody isn't a public prosecutor who cannot and should not show any type of racial, religious or sexual bias. So if someone here is stupid enough to be passing porn on their work computer, that's bad. But if you're a public servant, especially one who is influencing the outcome of a trial, it's inexcusable. He should be fired IMMEDIATELY!

Interesting. Notice in images #16, #18, #21 and #24 that three of the recipients were Fina, Costanzo and Noonan. Given their own self professed moral superiority, I wonder if any of them replied to the sender and told him to stop sending that shit to them. If so I'm sure they can produce proof since any such email should still be on the server somewhere. Costanzo wasn't included in the image #14 email. He must have been pissed.

Somehow I think KK's charges are mysteriously dropped. Any person in the email chains can pretty much kiss any chance of elected office goodbye. I would think the work done by her office in uncovering systematic sexism and sexual harassment would entitle her to whistleblower protection. Based on these emails, it's not a good look for Fina for going after Kane since it is clear he was hiding very bad behavior.
Risa Ferman was an idiot to let herself get dragged into this. She's running for Judge of the Court of Common Pleas in Montgomery County. People should show up at her events and give her an earful for climbing into bed with Frank Fina.
