An altered state
A new, rapid recovery drink based on 2% milk with special protein supplements was developed at PSU. It is designed to help athletes recover from high level workouts and competition. It also should help reduce soft tissue injuries. The football team has been using it for two years. It is now on sale on UP campus, it tastes like thick chocolate milk. Hope to get some to try it out.

I had a chance to sample some recently. It's like drinking liquid chocolate pudding. High protein but supposedly the difference is the proteins last longer (up to 6 hours). Lot's of research into it and both FB and Basketball using it. Our food innovation lab is second to none by the way....

Something that would help us recover from our BOT actions

would be to give them all a nice big cup of Hemlock.

The ultimate BOT recovery drink.

Need a Lactose version

Unfortunately the way I found out I was intolerant was after a Baby's Milkshake, not a good Saturday afternoon.

I fear that it would be nigh-on impossible to maintain the product volumes sufficient to meet State College demand issues. Perhaps it would be possible to scale-up supplies, if and when, the lab could acquire access to those soon to be unused Iranian centrifuges. For the greater good! We Are!

Pete has been working on these forever. Great guy, glad this worked out for him.
