couldn’t that become a yearly game for Penn State? Am I missing something. It seems to make so much sense to play there, early in the conference schedule, when the students are off from school between the fall and spring semesters.
Couldn’t Penn State simply dedicate the Palestra as one of their home games, once a year? Does the team really need permission from another team to accept the location? I must not be understanding something; I’m sure. Please explain why this isn't happening every year.
