IMO, this is the more difficult choice than deciding which sport has the best officiating, they are all that bad. To me, it’s either hockey or college football as they can’t even get replay reviews right.

That is why I voted for CFB. This is a no-brainer for any Penn State fan who has been paying attention since 1993. Excessive noise, faulty replay equipment, etc. Whether corrupt, biased or just incompetent, Big 10 referines set the (low) bar for officiating incompetence.

College basketball hands down for the sports I watch. So many phanton calls and blatant misses.

I think college sports has way more bias in their calls than professional. Regional officials are a bad choice.

I voted for the NBA as they almost never call travelling or 3 second violations when it occurs on almost every possession, but truly, I believe that refs are pretty good in all sports. Yes there are bad calls in every game of each sport, but when you truly evaluate their good vs, bad calls, they all do a pretty darn good job overall.

I agree for the most part but there are still too many blatantly missed calls in college that assist certain teams for there not to be a bias. I don't think there's that inward bias in pro sports. I think much of what we see is what we want to see in terms of missed calls...almost every fan bitches about calls during the game or feel their team is getting the short end of the stick, but overall I think the calls are pretty fair with some natural bias when you have a fan of a team as an official. I don't think that happens much in pro sports though because they're not regional officials.

Could not agree more. PAC 12 basketball referees could hardly do worse if they tried. So FAR below NBA refs it's funny.
