I was wondering why Maryland just dropped yellow as 1 of its colors on that uniform. You may be on to something.

Make the team look like Rutgers in red and black so when people see the 66- 3 score they will think Rutgers is just getting drilled again....not Maryland. Brilliant!!

I liked it for the time frame it was in. If you stuck with / committed to the team through the dark years you got your name on the uniform. Now it is back to tradition, as it should be...

I will say this once again. Rutgers and Maryland joining the big 10 will be death for them both. The big time B10 programs take the best recruits right of of their back yards, and most are in the same DIVISION (not league). They don't stand a chance in football let alone most any other sport.
