way too early but Ohio State will be in the top 6. Michigan top 8. Penn State top 12. Michigan State top 16. Wisconsin is hard to figure out. They aren't well respected. I'll say top 16 as well. Northwestern would have been ranked with Thorson coming back before that injury.

Michigan is 4th in their half of the division to end season. No reason for them to be top 10 in the country every year in the preseason. 1/2 of the SEC should be ranked higher than michigan every year.

And we're not Ohio State. Oklahoma will also be ranked high even though they're losing Mayfield because they're Oklahoma.

Kyler Murray is highly thought of...that plus playing in the Big XII will have them in the top 5

Miles Sanders should be highly thought of too and he actually has game experience...but that's one of the problems with college football...perception is everything and old name schools have the perception of always being great.

I'm not sold on Sanders being an every down back--hoping I'm wrong
I'd wager on Murray having a better year than Sanders next year--want to take that bet? I'm sure you can come up with something for terms...lol
I will say, if we kept a certain RB in state instead of him going to Georgia we'd be a top 6 team heading into next year in the preseason polls.

I think we start out closer to 15 than 10 because most will look at quantity of players lost as opposed to quality returning. That’s fine really. Good motivation for the team too

The OL showed me A LOT tonight against that Washington D front. That’s the biggest reason I think we contend....oh, that along with the QB we have

Journey Brown is going to surprise some folks next year too. I saw him play a little in high school and he definitely stood out.
