This team is getting better every week, and is capable of rolling Purdue if they stay focused and don't get over confident.
This is a great opportunity to go in and pound the piss out of Purdue.
They suck. They had their little bounce with the new coach and played pretty well vs Nebby.
Now it's time for reality to return. We need the same level of concentration as last night and we should put up 40.

I'll be a contrarian and say that Purdue is better than their record. They certainly didn't roll over to Nebraska. They have a good passer and have figured out how to put up points. Historically, PSU hasn't done well vs the spread after beating tOSU.
Having said that, I think our receivers are overdue for a big production day. Hopefully, Gesicki and Thompkins will be OK. This will also open things up for Saquon if we get it going early

Gesicki was limping after he returned. I'd say he's 50-50. Thompkins landed on his head. They might hold him out. Fortunately we have Blacknall and other WRs.
Road games are seldom easy. I'm surprised that were 12.5 pt favorites. 6 pts sounds more like it. I'll be happy with a 1 pt win.

Don't know why anyone would care, unless you are betting. Beating OSU won't get PSU one point Saturday. Young team, still smiling, away game at noon.......scares me.
