I doubt cuse. I think it’s a Tech, PSU battle. Both schools have been after him a long time. PSU offered him when he was a sophomore…actually before anyone else

You could be right. I’m going by his last visit was Syracuse. And it seemed like PSU had a spot in the class for Oweh or nobody. I don’t have any special insight though. Just guessing.
