PSU-MSU odds

Doesn't surprise me given that PSU has the #1 Scoring Defense in b1g (#4 in Nation) and MSU has the worst Passing Defense in the Nation (130th out of 130 FBS teams) giving up a whopping 340 Passing YPG! The next worst Passing Defense in FBS, NMSU, is giving up 306 Passing YPG.
PSU is impossible to predict and should be avoided. Which team will show up? The sleep walkin zombies that played Illinois? Will Clifford play? How healthy will he be? If Veilleux plays will he maintain his play level or was that all adrenaline? Which linemen will play? Will they still be fighting this flu bug? So many questions about the team.
Add in that MSU got CRUSHED last week against tOSU and are now out of the B1G race having lost to both Purdue and tOSU. Who will show up for MSU after a crushing loss?
Totally agree. I will steer clear. If I HAD to wager I’d go with our trend against ranked teams on the road ….ain’t good
If I was forced to....Penn State to win. We match up well. Last game was the type that inspires a team over coming all those obstacles. And as Obli posted methinks Sparty has lost their spark.
Agreed....if you look at their schedule, their passing defense has been suspect.
I agree on everything that has been stated about MSU. They haven't really been that impressive this year, but neither have we. We "might" have more to play for....8-4, but until we get 5 guys up front on the OLINE that can do anything, we are suspect at best.
