Out of curiosity I decided to put this together and see if I could glean anything about each team for this matchup. I am sure most of this is basically irrelevant and if there is any good information, I most likely missed it. I am not a stat guy. But I can say for sure that PSU is the best Defense by far that OSU will play. And OSU will be by far the best offense we played. The question is of course, the competition in which those stats were gained. You be the judge.

PSU hasn't given up 200yds or more passing the whole season that’s pretty impressive.

OSU pass defense looks little vulnerable. I can see PSU softening up their D with heavy passing game then hit them with a heavy dose of Barkley.
If McSorley plays a good game PSU should have a good chance of winning. He can’t have one of those games where is accuracy is all over the place.

Also, the top three passing offenses they played put up huge numbers on them.
And two of them were pretty crappy. We are the 33rd best passing offense

65 - Indiana (420 passing for IU)
3 - Oklahoma (386 passing for OU)
53 - Nebraska (349 passing for UN)

And for an example, Indiana put up 420 on them, and only 175 on us.
