I too fit a common description of these fine men. I am a better person than I am a wrestler!I dominate in eating and sleeping. Those skills come naturally to me
I thought Nashon Garrett was the quickest lightweight I've seen. His quickness gave Nico huge problems, and Nico was quick himself.
RBY is in that category.
**sorry, didn't see El-Jefe beat me to it. Great minds, etc.
Between recently retiring and now in the virus restricted world, I think I could out-do you. Three meals, a snack, and a nap are core activities.I dominate in eating and sleeping. Those skills come naturally to me
The significant other says I'm pretty fast.Jimmy G was fast...just didn't help him in the same manner...

I coach a young athlete in football that you could clock his 40 yard dash with a calendar but constantly slips tackles and never takes a direct shot lolNot saying hes up there with some mentioned but by eye..Nick Lee looks very quick. This goes more for other sports like football but to me theres a difference between being quick and being fast.
Greg Jones no doubt. The two guys I thought who were faster than a speeding bullet were Shawn Bunch out of Edinboro and Greg Jones from West Virginia. Before the echo of the refs initial whistle was done they were behind their opponents with that ref holding up two! It was amazing that Jones's speed made top athletes at NCAAs look like they were in quicksand.
Hopefully, I'll be saying the same about Carter.
