Question for board:

Overall spending less and I'd say it's broken down with no real surprises:

Less - gas (no 45 min commute each way), daycare and haircuts etc. like most folks

More - take out from local restaurants and booze from local breweries. We're fortunate to not be one of the millions laid off so trying to support the local businesses as much as possible. Have even donated to several that have done GoFundMe campaigns to get matching grants etc.

I will say that we have ordered a bit more online simply for the fact that I do not wish to wait outside in a long ass line at home depot for house/yard supplies and their curbside pickup was a disorganized mess when I tried it.

Have you (and/or your family) spent more money ordering things online in the last six weeks than what you would deem normal?

Hsve your spending habits gotten worse? Abd by that I mean primarily credit card expenditures.

I have not but then again I never really bought stuff online.

Just curious.

Yes! Some by choice though. I have to go out anyway, so I've tried to support locals as much as I can. Sometimes you have to order online and pick up curbside, so I am counting those as online and or pay with a card. Otherwise not really.

Overall, we are spending much less since we are not traveling, eating out, entertaining, etc. We are spending more online as we mitigate our time out in the world. My wife is sewing masks for the community and has been buying supplies and some household items that we need. We will do our best to jump start the economy at some point.

Much less for us too mostly because of travel. Normally we would have a couple trips in the books for the summer. I haven't used an ATM since mid February.
