I no longer believe much of anything anyone says from either side about this whole mess. Yep, JZ and Ray engage in a large amount of speculation and connecting the dots. That said, so did the OAG, Louis Freeh, the media and countless others. So my question to you, a rational poster, is how is what Ray, in particular, is doing any different? Also, if he were to write a book, he's not going to make any money on it. Other than the PSU community no one cares anymore.

First, I agree that there's probably not much money to be made in writing a book strictly focusing on the PSU scandal -- unless there was some revelation coming from the trial.

Next, I think a book about the NCAA's role in the PSU scandal, combined with other cases like Todd McNair's and Ed O'Bannon's might be successful. But I wouldn't write that book.

I will probably write about four or five books because there's too much information to be put into one book. Any proceeds from the books would go to charity. I have planned for a secure retirement. I don't need the money -- and I'm not looking for fame either.

I'd much rather be hunting or fishing.

Here's the thing. Almost every "fact" you've brought to the table with respect to the PSU admins and how they handled the case have now been thoroughly discredited. They pled guilty for crying out loud.

How exactly did the PCRA confirm that Myers interview with Amendola was made up? Also, if Myers is not victim 2, i wouldn't think it would be horribly difficult to determine who was. Jim Clemente states that Jerry's m.o. was to gradually groom these boys for many years, before engaging with them sexually. This would have required much one-on-one time between Sandusky and Victim 2. The list of boys who were spending that much time with Jerry circa (2000-2002) could not have been a long one, and had to have been known to people closest to Jerry. Of course I will give you credit in that I am absolutely sure Raykowitz and Heim know exactly who the real Victim 2 is. Nobody seems to be talking about that.

AM lied about his association in TSM -- stating he quit the charity in the sixth grade (1998). The charity's records show he was a participant from 1996 to 2001. Moreover, one of the charity's reports show him giving a speech there in 2001.

AM was given the grand jury presentment to read before giving his statement. Nothing in his statement is unique and nothing he said proved anything other than he was in a locker room with Sandusky on some unspecified date. And the date he gave was wrong.

Bull.

1) No snapping towels because there was slapping of flesh. Stil AM.

2) When did he leave TSM. Who cares? I have personally tested this premise by asking some 18-24 yr olds about their activities in organized sports, learning instumenets, etc. Very often they are off by a couple of years in their memory when checked against actual records. This is a "who cares" at best. But the truth is you haven't done any work/research in this area so rather than debunk AM, you debunk yourself.

3) Everyone got the date wrong.

but ... THE MOST AMAZING THING you use to "debunk" AM is -- his story matches Mike's. For any unbiased "investigator/analyst" matching stories are not typically used as a reason to discredit a witness. The gyroscopic twisting needed for you to come to that conclusion is PROOF of your bias.
