Yup! Great interview. It sounds like he and Gilman really go after it. It is hard to overestimate how beneficial it is for Roman to have a consistent workout partner like Gilman. Just being able to experience Thomas' hand fighting and solid positioning/defense on a regular basis will surely (and already has) pay dividends for Roman. Thomas is the gift that keeps on giving. His coming to NLWC has worked out so well for everyone. As far as Roman, I am even more excited to watch him this year after listening to this interview. I think we will see a more free and pace-driven Roman this year, which should be terrifying for his opponents. I think if Roman can push his pace for a solid seven minutes or more he is going to break a lot of wrestlers this year.Did he say 78 mile bike ride and then 13 mile run with Cael??
Also said he's looking for a bike ride partner in State College. Best I can do is drive behind him with my blinkers on.Did he say 78 mile bike ride and then 13 mile run with Cael??
