Recruiting: Connor McGovern update

I caught up with four-star center Connor McGovern and his father, Jim, recently to see where things stand one month before McGovern enrolls at Penn State. As they say at the link below, McGovern has a specific goal in mind that he's aiming to accomplish before that, and it has nothing to do with how much he can lift or how much weight he wants to put on.
