When we were somewhere around the Mich. 10 yard line in the 2nd half. We needed a TD and Hack just fired the ball down the middle I guess intended for K. Carter. It was horrible, and plays like that, that drive you nuts.
We could of drew up a 100 plays better than that. Yes I'm being repetitive, be we are seeing the same things in our passing game every week, and it does not get fixed. How many times did you see WR's standing right next to each other at the end of there routes. We had some nice plays on first down where we would hit the TE for a five yard gain, and then back to the same old stuff.
CJF spent a year in the NFL coaching WR's. He couldn't pick up what a pro style passing game looks like? Everything is not a bomb down the field, or deep seam route to the TE.
I know our OL struggled and we went up against a great defense, but passing game has been the same all year, and the coaches just don't seem to change anything.
When they watch this game film, they should learn what a real passing game looks like by watching what Michigan did. They utilize all there receiving weapons. we utilize one with the TE catching maybe a few passes.
Think about this. Our O-line (although still bad) is much better than last years. We have Godwin who has stepped up big time, now combined with Hamilton who had a pretty big year last year, and yet our passing game has gotten worse! There is something wrong there.
