Take it up with the eco mic development committee. They want people coming in on Friday and spending as long as possible. And no one wants to take on the NFL. Literally no one.

Dates, times, venues, etc. wrt the NFL and other parties all has to be coordinated and fine tuned. Even getting this all ready by 2024 will be a massive logistical and contractual accomplishment.
