Restaurant close to SC that brews Manhattans and Old Fashions. Name?

Last year there was a restaurant near PSU who's claim to fame was that they brew Manhattans and Old Fashions and let them mix together for a few days before they serve them. I wanted to go last year but never got the chance and I have forgotten the name.

Searching restaurants in SC area hasn't helped and every time I try to google something it links to the Whiskey Bar near the Phyrst and I know that is not the place as it's out of town a bit. If anyone could provide the name I would be very grateful.

Local Whiskey does also have “barrel aged” manhattans, i.e., a large pre-made batch.

Doesn’t the vermouth and the rye separate in the manhattan mix? Do they pre-muddle the fruit in the old fashions or add at serving?
