Glad to be updated on this -- though "COVID related issues" still seems vague.

Not that it answers exactly what COVID-related issues are, they do require documentation. They leave it open for interpretation, but sure sounds like objective evidence of a positive test or the wrestler must be in isolate or quarantine mode.

"Only wrestlers that meet or exceed two of the above criteria with at least four matches at the respective weight class will be eligible for selection as at-large qualifiers. A wrestler that is unable to compete in his qualifying tournament because of COVID-19 related issues may be considered for at-large selection, if verified documentation is provided to the committee prior to selections, and only if his team does not enter a different wrestler into the qualifying tournament at the same
weight class."

Good clip bordeaux, if you know the movie, Iris was from Pittsburgh. In my youth I worked in a movie theater. I saw that movie 2,000 times. Not you most uplifting film.
