Anyone know when they are going to announce what color each section is going to be for the "stripe out" game against Rutgers?
If they do that they will supply t-shirts at your seat. That's how it's done.Anyone know when they are going to announce what color each section is going to be for the "stripe out" game against Rutgers?
Really? Do you know how much that would cost?If they do that they will supply t-shirts at your seat. That's how it's done.

Maybe, if you're buying them directly from the factory overseas, and overlook the child labor involved, and get a shirt that will fall apart by the fourth quarter. More likely they're going to pay around $2 per shirt, or more. And that's assuming they have a contact to go direct.Probably nothing to the university. The back of the shirt would be covered in sponsors. A plain shirt is like 40 cents max anyway.

Still, selling ads on the back is a good idea, hadn't thought of that.

The cost of doing it for the number of people at a basketball game doesn't compare to even a 90% full Beaver Stadium. LOLThat's what they did for the basketball game against Purdue last year. The one thing I'm sure of is that all the shirts will be small or medium because all PSU fans are petite.....
I got the gig! They're buying 110,000, poor quality, expensive t-shirts from Fairgambit World Enterprises for only $500.00 per shirt. Geeze my supplier in Mongolia is at a yak festival so I hope he can deliver on time. Right now I just have 11 shirts, which will only be enough for the Rutgers fans in attendance.Probably nothing to the university. The back of the shirt would be covered in sponsors. The revenue at s basketball game doesn't compare either. My tickets for the Rutgers game cost $115. Multiply that by attendance, add parking, concessions, etc.
T shirts probably cost $2 in that quantity. The whiteout shakers probably cost 25 cents. Does anybody know what other schools do?
Those Pom poms? There's no way they are 25 cents each. I bet they pay 4 cents max.
I doubt that trying to get 107,000 people to wear the right colored shirt would work.I have never received a white shirt for any previous white out games. Why would they change this now and give free T-shirts?
White Out or Stripe Out...Penn State will win in a Blow Out.I'm good with the white out because it's really a Penn State thing, but if the stripe out is planned, I imagine this will look pretty cool at night too. I'm looking forward to being at the game and could care less what a tee shirt costs. I can wear whatever they want.
