painful to read. Ron Johnson and Nashir Upshur are Michigan leans. Some say Rashan Gary is also a Michigan lean as well. That's on top a couple WRs from New Jersey that are also Michigan leans and linebacker from Maryland that has on already verballed to them.
I realize there is a long ways to go, but man that's a lot of players from OUR backyard. Michigan taking players from backyard hurt us more than vice versa, because we all know PSU doesn't recruit nationally like Michigan (Or Notre Dame). FWIW, I am fine that PSU doesn't recruit in Texas or California, etc etc but only if land most of the top players in our state, Jersey, NY, DE, and Maryland. I also realize we can't get everyone, but it really pains me to see when players from our backyard go to Ohio State or Michigan. I'd rather see them go to Pitt, Maryland, or Rugters. (The elderly PSU fan's rivals)
The staff is off to a good start, but it does feel a little different from last year. We need a couple for high end recruits asap. Hopefully one them because a very vocal leader that is the GLUE of the class.
