Yep. The worst of the worst in drugs, even including heroin. Damn, just awful.

I have a college aged son. He says non-prescription drugs are fairly easy to get. Medical pot, like a snickers. The hardest thing......a glass of beer. Real shame but this type of stuff is all over. Just awful. As a parent......smh and pray.

That is all true, but comparing medical pot to Fentanyl is night and day.

I prescribe these meds but only on short term basis.. Man have I become a lot more discerning about how I give people narcotics. The emphasis on "controlling" people's pain may be alot of the problem! For the first time in recent history we are living shorter lives mostly because of narcotic overdose deaths!

If you want scared out of your britches, research and read about carfentanil. Fentanyl is bad enough, but the large animal version is already on our streets...and being abused. Sad...
