love seeing clark back in the line up after injury.
I thought it was a reversal plus back at first, too but maybe not. Really close. Clark, for being the guy who was supposed to have the most offense for Iowa, did nothing offensively tonight. He had one shot at the end of the third, but didn't try too hard to finish it once he had the leg.
Maybe he's still injured a little, but man the Hawks just don't have guys who are going to bonus a lot at the tournament. They'll win matches, but without bonus they don't have a shot at the title.

I think it was 2 plus almost backs..... Clarke then rolled out and grabbed a leg. He didn't have that when he was on his back
Yeah, I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. He's been out with an injury and this is his first match back. I mentioned that he might still be hurt. He looked good, but not great. So yeah, maybe he's still getting back in the groove. I've seen Clark wrestle a lot better than he did tonight, and he still won. I expect him to look better in March than he did tonight.

Same here. I'm really looking forward to Clark vs Tomasello. I would be really disapointed if Clark was injured and we didn't get to see that.

Yeah, it's not often you seen Sorenson get in on a leg or two and not finish. The way he finishes that same shot he used multiple times against Hall is about as good as I've seen a guy finish from that position. A lot of guys have a of trouble with it.
