He should not be making comments until he has a chance thoroughly review the issues.
The corruption on the PSU BOT has been on for decades..
And probably the by laws of the BOT restrict Barry from commenting.

Come on man, the BOT went dark after the scandal and ain’t coming out anytime soon. Barry is one of a few who shines light on their ineptitude but he is a lone wolf. Yes, Barry please chime in if for no other reason then to keep us updated on their cigar dinners.

Sadly, Barry is a long list of BOT members who thought they could do some good. The BoT is made up of politicos and cronies that are there to fleece students and their parents while making bazillion in commercial real estate. Until the basic makeup of the BOT is changed, it will be more of the same. Don't hold your breath.
