SRO Tickets @ Rec Hall

I am on hold, for the last 45 mins to get some. I tried online but only see BJC tix no SRO Rec tix.

Today is supposed to be presale for NLC members or people on season ticket wait list. General sale is in two days.
Are you saying it is open to anyone today?

The ironic thing is I easily bought BJC tix online, I was holding for SRO tix, but I assume I am caught up in the phone line for people generally wanting BJC.

on a flight now, joining the cue again in about an hour when I land.

can anyone really say how long that waiting list is? I'm 3 if not 4 years into what they told me is a 5 year list. I don't believe that its going to be "oh you waited 5 years here's your tickets" .

They did advertise ... for anyone that frequents gopsusports. However, they did jump the gun by two days.

Thanks Roar. I don't often go onto that site even though it is the official site. In years past the dates have been plaster on this board and other internet PSU news outlets. My negligence has me in section 228 but we make these BJC duals a family event so any seat is a good seat.

Didn't see that in the email we received. When there's a pre-sale for a specific group, it's noted. Not this time, so apparently I misspoke. I also didn't contact anyone to confirm, given the way the email was presented. Sorry for any confusion.

my Email said NLC wait list presale. I tried to post but only have phone on plane WiFi.

Basically, don't expect to ever get tickets, as long as the current demand exists. The renewal rate is insane and any tickets that come open are being taken by donors who have thousands of NLC points and are also on the list. There doesn't appear to be a cap to the number of tickets per account.

Quick question, even though this thread says SRO, I have a BJC question. Someone in the ticket thread is selling two tickets with parking voucher. I didn’t know parking vouchers existed. Is this something I can purchase from the ticket office? It did not come up as an online option.

Given the level of interest in SRO tickets, should they just be doing a lottery instead of wasting a lot of people's time?

I understand joining NLC with a modest annual donation will maintain one's privilege of NLC presales.

I waited on the phone for about 50 minutes starting at 10:06AM. I started buying my BJC ticket online at 10AM.

Penn State Athletics emailed NLC members a notice about two weeks ago about the NLC presale being today at 10AM, and I received two reminder emails shortly after 10AM today.

In today's separate emails for BJC presale and SRO presale, Penn State Athletics made clear only BJC tickets could be purchased from within NLC account and calling 1-800-NITTANY was required for SROs.

Also, Penn State Athletics limited BJC presale tickets to 10 and SRO tickets to 2 to ensure more had opportunities to watch Penn State wrestling. I bought 1 BJC and 6 SRO tickets to 5 duals, and it seemed to go smoothly enough.

Calling might have been necessary because SROs are not programmed into Rec Hall virtual venue. Additionally, having to call in provided an opportunity to solicit for football's annual Military Appreciation seats for servicemen.

I've never purchased a parking pass and park no further than 6 rows from the BJC every year

Only season ticket holders got parking vouchers (for the BJC dual only). It is included with your season ticket package.

I just called for SRO for Navy and Rutgers matches. Rutgers SRO I was told are sold out. What a difference in acquiring tickets today vs 2010.

For those attending the Rutgers dual, SRO or not, hopefully you noticed the time change. It was moved for TV.
