He tried to be too nice. Didn't have the balance between golf etiquette and never criticizing yet still providing commentary on what players weren't doing right.

It is disappointing that CBS is not doing our national championship. Not sure what Feherty is doing going forward but he would be a big asset to any network for his on course commentary/antics. NBC is not bad but not in the same class. And then there is a huge drop off to ABC/FOX.

Norman didn't win enough majors to deserve the job. Bring in Tiger. He's washed up on the PGA tour and it would push ratings through the roof. At least initially.
