The Ferrari Family Circus

Seriously? Did Glazier punch him? Did Glazier make him give the bird on the mat, double bird to the crowd. He's being a pure homer and should be ashamed to be associated with this piece of poo.
Glazier started it by objecting to getting face-mushed after the final whistle. He shouldn't stand up for himself like a man, he lost so he should take it like a loser.

Of course if Ferrari were still a Poke and did it to Glazier, Ironside would sing a different tune.

Please. Read his posts......he is all about Jesus now. The Lord guides him now. The Lord just took a bathroom break in OT. Just say you are sorry.....that you momentarily got possesed by the Devil and now you are back in the good graces. Just give the Jimmy Swaggert speech. It works 83% of the time :)

It did look like Glazier did something, but not to the level of getting punched. The bird and after shit show is just BS. For a guy supposedly on a short leash he she be kicked to the curb. A ticking time bomb is an understatement.

Come on gang. AJ is a toxicly narcissistic doucebag, but he is probably the 'physically' strongest P4P wrestler out there, a national champion, and a talented force on the mat. I am not a fan of his style, but he looks the part already considering 2 years off and nearly a 30 lb cut.

I expect two things going forward:

1). By March he will be on par with Hidlay as Aaron's toughest test. Could he win 2 out of 10 bouts? If you are being honest, probably.

2). Will he fail miserably off the mat at some point in the next couple of years embarrassing the program? It's inevitable.
2) You said he will fail and embarrass the program
“At some point in the next two years”. Should have read “will fail and embarrass the program sometime in the next two HOURS”

I might have missed it being posted here but here's a more complete version of the train wreck:

Props to the ref for having the courage to DQ Ferrari at Iowa's own event. Or did he just not read the memo and this was his last Iowa officiating gig?

BTW, interesting body language from Ferrari's corner. Marinelli et al looked like they were forced to take their sister to prom.

I’m hesitant to say that about Turk. Sure, he’s a rabid Hawk fan and he’s going to push back whenever we poke fun at the Hawks for their many obvious shortcomings. But switch the subject to politics and I think the fur would be flying among us PSU fans too. You can’t really hold it against Turk for being loyal to his favorite team.
well you may hesitate, I think he is an ass, but I still defended him on the circus.

Yeah its a funny thing. My boss, who is a rabid Hawkeye as well was giving me shit after the Penn State football game yesterday. LOL!! I blew him up after last nights antics..... Crickets..

For all the “trust TnT” Iowa fans… the problem is that you can’t rehabilitate someone that doesn’t think they’ve done anything wrong.

I saw a few GIA posts trying to compare AJ to DeSanto. First, there is no comparison regarding their behavior. Second, DeSanto acknowledged and apologized for his mistakes, sought help, and wanted to change.

AJ doesn’t think he’s done anything wrong and doesn’t want to change. At least, that’s what I think I see.

I liked this nugget from GIA:

“I’m the only other person who isn’t jumping on the destroy the Ferrari’s bandwagon. The only thing a Ferrari did today that was embarrassing and out of line was AJ flipping off the ugly crowd. He didn’t flip off TnT or blow kisses at them, and certainly didn’t smash Glaziers face into the mat, just a little push, like Rathjen did to his brother after beating him. Glaziers face didn’t get closer than 4 feet from the mat. At first I thought Rathjen and Glazier were being little bitches trying to start something with Ferrari’s, but then I realized they were just geniuses. Best way to keep you positions is to start something, knowing fans will be behind our beloved room guys, and basically run the whole family out of town for good. I understand there were many fans of other teams hating on Ferrari’s, but most of our fans jumped in also. Felt bad for Angelo. He was just in the tunnel watching his brothers, and the entire arena of fans he thinks he wants to wrestle for were booing his brothers off the mat like they just killed someone. I was waiting for objects to be thrown at them. We went right by his family trying to escape this ugly crowd and you talk about awkward. The whole family and friends from Texas were there, and they looked very anxious, almost scared. They must be thinking with “fans” like this, who needs enemies. I thought Anthony was fine. He gave the same weak shove back to Rathjen, then stood there for the handshake while Rathjen flexed in his face instead of handshake, ran around beating his chest, finally came back and Anthony gave him a genuine good handshake, then slowly walked off while our fan’s mercilessly booed the shit out of him. And this is a guy who will be officially on our team soon . Glad he was able to take the shit treatment by our fans better than AJ, but all are likely gone, and I can’t blame them. Thought AJ participating in this to knock the rust off was good idea, but didn’t think the fans and Iowa wrestlers they faced would use this weekend to make the whole family feel like very hated outcasts. No wonder we lose so many blue chip recruits. ****ing embarrassing.”

He should only make that decision after he installs bulletproof windows in his house.
He's a she, so should probably also take some extra steps to protect herself. Unfortunately, it looks like she's still listed as the interim AD, so who knows if that comes into play, but she did follow through on firing Brian Ferentz.

Is that from Nashville Hawk? Ill be honest, ive been shocked by his take on things. Really surprised me.

No - Liberty Lover

I will say, @Nashville_Hawkeye ’s takes on this over there have been historically bad. Like, Dewey Defeats Truman bad.

It’s amazing the lengths to which some of those ignoramuses will go to rationalize the three ring circus Barnum and Brands have going right now. It’s clear many of the GIA faithful are starting to come around to what we have been saying for the better part of a year, but there are still some who are bending themselves into pretzels just to avoid admitting what a disaster their program has become.
