And - on a 3-2 pitch - Walker is glued to the freaking base again.
OMG
Leadoff double in 12th.....intentional BB to Walker......and then:
Walker - who's run is meaningless - with Votto playing 30 feet of the 1st base bag ......liner to Votto - which actually goes IN FRONT of Walker - who SPRINTS towards second and gets doubled off to kill the inning.
Walker should go immediately from the locker room down to AAA after the game. Seriously. I can't even think of words to sufficiently describe the level of "F UP" that is involved in that play.
SOOO much raw talent - but I have NEVER seen a team utterly FAIL at so many of the "little things".
In this game alone, they have screwed up more little league plays than the Cards will screw up in 3 months.
The Reds may NEVER again try so hard to give away a game.....and fail to do so.
