Cleveland, Jets, Raiders, Carolina... in that order.^^^THIS^^^
If I was a Top QB, there are a few teams that I would be scared to be drafted by, and CLE is definitely one of them.

Raiders don't scare me as much now with Bowers. Whomever goes there has an elite TE for probably a decade. Well see who they hire as GM/HC though.Cleveland, Jets, Raiders, Carolina... in that order.
If the coaches are not the same, then does that really matter? Is there something about the organization, beyond the coaching, that could account for that?Drew grew up watching the Browns destroy one first round QB after another...

In Cleveland's case, how does that result in ruining quarterbacks? Do they not know how to hire coaches who can develop talent? It's all about the quality of ownership.
I mean, the ownership group tried to fix the QB by spending big--they just picked the wrong guyIt's all about the quality of ownership.
It's more this guy. He's related to Al Davis and he has a bowl cut. They'll find a way to screw it upRaiders don't scare me as much now with Bowers. Whomever goes there has an elite TE for probably a decade. Well see who they hire as GM/HC though.
Valid concern--I'd still take that risk with BowersIt's more this guy. He's related to Al Davis and he has a bowl cut. They'll find a way to screw it up
There is no chance that Allar wouldn't go in the first round. Far less talented QBs have gone in the top 10 and he's only raised his value in the last two games against pretty good talent. He's tall, got a big arm, very good touch, he's very mobile for his height, and he's shown big improvement in his reads and progressions, and he only turns 21 in March. Even if you think he needs a year on the bench with an NFL quarterback coach, he's a first round pick.Just like he was a lock to declare for the draft?
Most likely so but Cleveland seems the the Shit Show of Shit Shows.I don’t think he’ll go to a ‘much better team’. Every team drafting a QB high is doing so because they are a shit show.
If Drew enters the draft anticipating he will be picked by Cleveland that would be an even worse decision than throwing that pass.Yeah this doesn't age well
Yeah Cleveland would take him because they are just dumbIf Drew enters the draft anticipating he will be picked by Cleveland that would be an even worse decision than throwing that pass.
Although Allar grew up only about 25 miles from Cleveland he should not put himself into a position to be drafted by the Browns. The Browns have started 40 QB's since 1999. The Browns kill QB careers.and they'll take him as the overall #2 pick. Obviously, it is difficult to get athletes to stay in CLE for lots of reasons. A hometown kid, like Kosar, is ideal. The idea is that the Browns still want Watson to play for a year or two while they groom a kid for the future...
Just a rumor.
I watched the entire game with an outsider's point of view. Penn State's passing problem seems obvious. Their entire receiving core consists of a TE (a great one). That won't get it done.Allar threw for 135yds tonight - no team in the NFL wants him
I recommend a few more years away for you. The kid is going to get FU money as a first round draft pick in a little over a year from now. After a couple years away I jumped back in tonight. Been saying it for 3 years now. He’s Hackenburg 2.0. Been WB coached for 10 years, doesn’t have the “it” factor.
Worst yet, we have to endure this for a whole other year. He has no chance of ever being a good NFL QB. He’s not even close to Daniel Jones. Great kid, plays it safe, can’t make the big throw. Only true big throw he’s made in 3 years was against Oregon.
Maybe Beau isn’t better, but we need to turn the page. But it won’t be til 2026.

You are absolutely right, he will. Because QBs are so overvalued. But he’s not any good. Great kid, slightly above average college QB.I recommend a few more years away for you. The kid is going to get FU money as a first round draft pick in a little over a year from now.
Last year all people did was bitch that he didn't show emotion. Now he shows too muchBS... same old thing, Allar is an excitable boy and cannot control his adrenaline flow in big games, which causes him to overthrow. SOLVE THAT PROBLEM and he can be a great quarterback. imo

He still probably goes top 5...remember he'd have assurances from a GM if he enters the draft. Actually where do the Giants pick...that's his floor. 3?First round??
Of course you wereWell, I wasn't one of them and always claimed Beau was the better quarterback because he's more athletic, cool under pressure, and a competitor.
Singleton could have caught thatI hope he goes - time to move on. He essentially lost the game for PSU. Missed Singleton badly early on for what should have been a TD. Then, ball in hand with a chance to win the game he throws a pick. Adios.
Could he have caught it … yeah. It was an awful pass. 10 yards. No one between him and singleton. And he gagged it. Every FCS Qb makes that throwSingleton could have caught that
It was his fault we gave up 24 points?
Yeah he’s not any good. Can you believe Cal Ripken once struck out three time and made an error in the same game? He wasn’t any good either. You are absolutely right, he will. Because QBs are so overvalued. But he’s not any good. Great kid, slightly above average college QB.
OK. I’ll bet you $10,000 Drew is a first round draft pick, barring injury. Let me know where we’ll be depositing our money pending the outcome.First round??
