are two - SEC and Big Ten.
The PAC-12 sure isn't a power conference. USC is down. All the top players in SOCAL go out of state. UW is overrated - again. The third best team in the PAC-12 was just hammered by the sixth best team in the BIG (Iowa) at home.
The ACC has one power team - Clemson. Miami, FSU and VT are shadows of their former selves.
And then there's the B-12. Texas hasn't been relevant in 10 years. OK skates through the regular season playing no defense and has compiled a pitiful 0-4 record by lopsided scores in the CFP.
How would Clemson do in the SEC? Probably about as well as ATM or Missouri. In other words, they'd be competitive, but wouldn't be in the league championship game, let alone the CFP every year.
How would Oklahoma do in the BIG? Probably about as well a Nebraska.
