David talks about his rivals, prior to college, while in Ohio. He also talks about how much better PA kids are on top vs OH kids, the reason is that if a match was close, in OH and you were riding, the ref would hit you with multiple stalling calls, so top wrestling was significantly under emphasized, which hurts OH kids big time, once they entered college. David talks about how high school practices were all go live as hard as you can and then he said Penn State practices are the polar opposite and that he never had an off day in his life, until he arrived at Penn State. The coaching staff had to explain to David what they meant by a day off, no practice, no running, no working out on your own, a day off meant you do no physical activity, period. He said training like he did in high school is not sustainable, injuries will happen - Iowa says hold my beer. David said look out his youngest daughter is coming - he said she is a beast, she tries to wrestle the farm animals and beats her older sister in wrestling.
