My mind immediately goes to:
A. Feeding them.
B. The hospital bills.
C. Mom and Dad Finesilver nervously watching a Duke match. I had two boys wrestling HS on the same team for one season, and that was plenty for me. I can't imagine four.

D. Home improvements. Have to imagine many things got broke with that much aggression in the house!

Haha...mine went to scholarships and a Dukie education...

As an aside, looked them up and they are two sets of twins...rare indeed.

That crossed my mind, too.

B comes to my mind, because we have a picture of #1 and #2 sons sitting on the same hospital gurney, one with a goose-egg sized goose egg on his forehead, and the other with a profusely bleeding cut on the back of his head. A wrestling match over shared computer time is what led to it.

The neighborhood had an oncologist and an OB-GYN for advice. The OB-GYN was the doctor of choice, which has led to a LOT of ribbing over the years.

Same here. Duke is not cheap and I don't think the wrestling program is fully funded so they are on partial ships at best.

I've heard Duke wrestling doesn't have any schollys. Everything else is probably a drop in the bucket compared to tuition.

Don't think that is true. They don't have full funding, but I believe that do have scholarships for wrestling, and like other schools, are able to split those scholarships.

Hope you're right. They have guys who've done well, and Duke can probably afford it...

Base cost, with no aid is $72,000, including room and board. However, for parents with household income of $120-140K, their expected contribution is $25-30K.
