This piece of shit is at it again.

Does anyone doubt that these stories are planted?

These stories are the result of public relations & marketing. The PR firm either writes the story for the lazy local, barely financially viable paper or they "sell"/encourage the story line to writers that are not affiliated with PSU and....the narrative continues.

Wendy posted an encounter she had with Ira before Franco's "Upon Further Review" and she said Lubert had to express his opinion that C/S/S had to know about Jer.....WTF? If they had to know Ira then why hasnt the state taken care of it?

That guy is an F'n RAT! So the next time someone runs into Ira ask him if he's hired a PR firm?

These guys take us for idiots.

C/S/S "had to know" but of course Ira didn't know and he has been good buddies with Sandusky for decades, on TSM's SE PA Board and hosted TSM events on his property in Lebanon County, Green Hills??? Oh yea, Ira didn't attempt to enforce TSM's Indemnification of PSU, but instead actively participated in the corrupt False Narrative to shift blame to PSU and used PSU funds to pay victims and indemnify TSM????

I read the piece, which seems so much like many anti-Paterno diatribes.

They give lip service to questioning "evidence" such as the 1976 football camp invention, but they always end up with a statement of their own moral superiority. We can show you how much we care about children and sexual abuse by denouncing Joe Paterno (yeah, never mind if the facts don't fit).

If they truly cared about the children, they would be crusading about getting out the whole truth of the role of the PA state agencies and The Second Mile. But that might require some digging. This is quick, easy, and tells you that they are more evolved morally.

read the story attached to my tweet. makes me want to throat punch idiots like that writer.

you're 100% correct. they don't give a sh*t about kids. they're like the mouthbreathers over on the lair.

if they gave a damn, they'd stop harping on Paterno, Curley, Schultz, Spanier, Penn State, etc . . . and work with us to fix the horribly broken CW system

I notice Roxine has conveniently disappeared as well . . . because its all about the kids, right??

Well said, and I'll add that the most tiresome aspect of this sort of "reporting" is the BS shaming/finger-pointing of/at our entire university community. We damned Penn Staters care more about football than we do about kids!!!

All this ass-hat needs to do is look at where Syracuse stands in the aftermath of the Bernie Fine scandal to see how a good self-defense by the university (the kind we wayward souls have demanded of our own leaders) altars the perception of the lame-brained masses. Does anyone still equate the vaunted Cuse basketball program and its followers as pedophile enablers? If our leaders even tried to get out in front of this story from the get go, Mr. White (and his ilk) would have nothing to write about. Instead the "Penn State Scandal" has become a vicious cycle in which our entire community has to relive OUR collective guilt every so often even though a similar story unfolded at another university which opted to defend itself. It's maddening!!

Lehigh grad here. Lehigh does not even think of PSU In the least. Even wrestling fans would acknowledge the chasm between the two programs. Not everyone at the morning call is a Lehigh fan. Most couldn't probably care less.
Can we agree Bill White should stick to writing about his dog and cat, Eating His Way Through Musikfest, and his Tour of Christmas Lights?

By the way, thoughts on Dez Boykin of Whitehall?

Lafayette grad here. I agree with this. In fact, I've long suspected that Lehigh grads don't think of much of anything.

Haha. Just kidding. Lehigh is a great school, much different than PSU, and I don't think that they see themselves as some sort of mortal enemy of PSU.

Absolutely! I have developed a good relationship with Keith Groller, Gary Blockus, and even Paul Reinhard who covered Lafayette. They are all great guys who would never put their name next to trash like this. As for Dez Boykin, I would have to ask Mike Yadush about him. When I moved to Indianapolis I lost touch with the LV scene. The NYC game was the last Lehigh game I broadcast. On a side note, our new schools district Carmel has some serious talent. Our former head coach also is now the head coach at IMG.

That's funny. In kind..I have no ill will against Lafayette - I was 4-0 against them..haha. Honestly though Lafayette is amazing. Great school and the investments into the field have made game day a great experience. Hard to believe they seriously considered dropping the program back in the late '90s.
