Box office- no, sold out
Scalper- probably yes, decent price is subjective, he probably can, but of course no guarantees. People were selling tOSU tickets, but no clue what they were asking. A scalper gave my son $10 for an extra SRO ticket listed at $18, I think. No idea what he sold it for if he did sell it.
