It became evident to me during the 2nd half of the Pitt game that this kid was a special player.

Who would you rather have as your team's QB: too short, too small, forgotten Trace McSorley, or big bad Heisman candidate J.T. Barrett? One is currently ranked 23rd in the NCAA Div I in passing efficiency, makes great decisions, and is a well above average runner, and the other is a great running back who is a pedestrian 41st in passing efficiency. I know who I want.

I watched him beat the high school my wife teaches at in the state playoffs and knew the kid was pretty freaking good.
Well, the kid is a true leader! I also believe he leads the nation in yards per completion. Barrett can't throw for $hit! His footwork is bad. Yesterday, he was 14-32 for 125 yards. That is not Heisman worthy. I can't understand why the press is no enamored with Ohio State. They are good but no way they are number 2.

I agree 1000%! Clemson is another.

But yeah, I'd take McSorley over anyone right now! I spelled it right this time guys!
