Romero had a #4 Coaches Ranking, and surely jumped Labriola and Starocci by winning B12's. Quality Wins is but one factor.

Understood. I'll put it to you this way then, as a PSU fan if I were allowed to pick 3 guys to put on the other side of Lee's bracket, it would be Eirman, Rivera and Demas regardless of who is 7 and 10 seeds. But yes, totally understand your point.
