Trump's Tweets then Deletes Image of Train Running Over A Person

Days after a terrorist attack in which pedestrians were run over by a vehicle, The Orange President Tweets an image of a person being run over by a train.

Apparently Ivanka informed her father this was highly insensitive and inappropriate and the tweet was deleted. What a disaster this guy is as a President and as a person.
