If the flyers get a win - even in overtime, the series is all tied up and the pens touchdown victory does not mean much at all. Huge game in the series.
Funny story . I'm at work wearing my flyers hat, some kid comes up to me and asks if I watched the Phillies game last night... I'm thinking to myself , Wtf is he asking me about the Phillies? So I say no(because I don't care about baseball) he's says it was bad... They were playing Pittsburgh ... As soon as he said that I knew he was talking about the flyers... I told him I DVR the game to watch it after work the next day and I'd kill him if he ****ed it up for me again . But after I saw the final score I didn't watch it anyway .. So the kid actually saved me 3 hours..
Time for Sid to dominate again, and have Flyers fans throwing things at their TV's!
Scoreless in the first. I'm headed for Pittsburgh now from our plant in Toledo - thanks to the miracle of XM Radio I'll have the game the whole way.
7-0 no different than 2-1. A win is just that.....a win. After tonight, assuming things keep going the way they are.... it will be a 1-1 series. Game one long forgotten, eh?

flyers just took away the biggest advantage pittsburgh had going for them: home ice. they're DOMINANT on home ice, and not so much away from their barn. that, and elliott got a bit of confidence back after not playing for like 2 months. problem with the flyers is that they're so up and down this year. They play like they're capable of (like tonight) and they can win this series. Tough ask though
