If so and if you have Flo:

I probably have a better chance at getting inside info on the next lottery numbers being drawnAny word on Nolf’s injury from when fat Cenzo squished him at Farrell?
Nick Lee, Joseph, Brooks and Cassar right now.
Joe Lee and Beard at Southern Scuffle right now.
All other healthy rostered guys at the Wilkes Open.
Hall can't compete with the guys at 86kg yet he's to small. And he can't make 74kgIs Nolf going?
Does a 2020 NCAA title qualify you for OTT? If so, then I assume that's what Hall is banking on and will fall back to the Last Chance if necessary.
Maybe.Is Nolf going?

Maybe.
Yes, a 2020 NCAA Championship earns qualification to the Olympic Trials.
Well, last chance will qualify 2 at each weight, since they nixed Schultz this year. Is it after NCAAs though? To tie my two previous questions together, if Nolf doesn't go to this and isn't qualified yet and somehow Mark doesn't win the NCAA title, would they be fighting for the same final spot at Last Chance or is there some other tournament they could earn their spot through? I know there are a couple international tournaments but they aren't necessarily opens where they can just choose to go right?
It would depend. The Olympic TT are a week or so after NCAAs. That means if their was a last chance qualifying event then it is in season and mark is a full 174 lb. if he were to battle Nolf for 74kg at that last chance you are expecting mark to make a mid season cut to 162.8. And then go back up to 174 and then cut back down in a week. So no they would not be fighting for the same final spotTo tie my two previous questions together, if Nolf doesn't go to this and isn't qualified yet and somehow Mark doesn't win the NCAA title, would they be fighting for the same final spot at Last Chance or is there some other tournament they could earn their spot through? Weekend after NCAA and weekend before TrialsWell, last chance will qualify 2 at each weight, since they nixed Schultz this year. Is it after NCAAs though?
Doesn’t get much more last chance than that.Weekend after NCAA and weekend before Trials
The interesting one is Rivera hes the guy at 57kg for Puerto Rico but PanAms is the week between Big 10 and NCAA top 2 at PanAms qualify for Olympics. He can wait until May 2 and try the last World Olympic qualifier but that will be a loaded fieldDoesn’t get much more last chance than that.
They talked about that on FRL this morning and apparently he is skipping Pan Ams bc of Big10's and will try the last Olympic qualifying tournament. Would be surprised if he made the Olympics that way as only the winner makes the Olympics. The interesting one is Rivera hes the guy at 57kg for Puerto Rico but PanAms is the week between Big 10 and NCAA top 2 at PanAms qualify for Olympics. He can wait until May 2 and try the last World Olympic qualifier but that will be a loaded field
For the 83’rd time, Mark Hall is “never gonna make 74 again” HIS WORDS
I kinda get the feeling Marky put the team title on the top of his priority list this year. Very admirable.

It’s not that your an idiot but hahaha I’m just kidding. I think at this point mark would be a very slim chance almost 11 pounds in less than a week. Or gain 15 pounds in less than a week. My best guess is that mark wrestles 86 for the Olympics but wrestles at his current weight to make 79 for non Olympic years. I think mark expected to grow in height and at this point a cut to 74 would not be healthy nor would it be a good cut to 74I thought that too for a while but he's either 74 or not going because he's not going to 86 (189). You have a tone here like I'm an idiot so explain to me, what is he doing? wrestling 74 kg, 86 kg or not at all?

If you believe the guy, which I do, than I can only tell you what he ISNT doing, and that is “ever cutting to 74 again”.

Wanting to cut 11 pounds and being able to cut 11 pounds are two different things, the guy is a solid muscle for christ sakes, where the hell is he gonna lose 6 percent of his body weight?

I am willing to try gaining 15 lbs in less than a week. Pass the pie and on second thought, I will have another sandwich. It’s not that your an idiot but hahaha I’m just kidding. Not for nothing, you fail to share your results. That’s great that you made weight but you don’t you don’t say how you fairer yet alone think about how’d you fair with an unhealthy gain/loss and then go up against top level athletes who have been training consistently around that weight for a year or moreI weighed in at states at 105 on Saturday. On Monday my brother called and asked if I wanted to go to an open tournament with him and some of his Lehigh buddies. He wanted me to wrestle 115. I weighed 132 that Monday. But I made 115 by Friday.

Yikes, 17 lbs in 4 days for an in-shape low bodyfat athlete is possible, my hat is off to you.
That said dropping 13% of one's body weight that fast is not a recipe for athletic success 99% of the time. Dehydration and over rehydration after weighin being at the top of the list.
I feel like an out of shape fat pig these days at 6'2" 215 Lbs, and if I lost 13% in a week, I might have a tough time raising another draft beer to my lips.
I truly hope the current hydration and weight loss/descent rules have cut down on such drastic weight cutting. I once weighed in at 154 1/2 on a Monday morning and made 136 by Thursday afternoon. I have struggled with my weight all through adulthood. I would not be surprised if my drastic weight cutting throughout most of my wrestling career has negatively affected my weight control. All the weight cutting not only made the grind of wrestling almost unbearable, but it also created in me the unhealthy mental habit of viewing food as a reward or comfort.
