Very suprising how quiet recruiting news is coming out of the UA and Semper Fi

games and with the Army game coming up. One would think that if you get all the top recruits together, that a bunch of new scoops would be coming out left and right. Maybe the writers are still on holiday but seems like there should be an influx of new recruiting tidbits out there.

1. Hudson
2. Hamlin or Fuller, likely Hamlin
3. Ferns or Hansford, likely Ferns
4. Chavis - big JC DT to fill a position of need.

I thought that CJF could be working behind the scenes to add another OL or DT, such as Davis, the big MD Guard. But Davis has apparently committed to MD. Have not heard much activity regarding linemen in some time.

I guess CJF does not want more than 4 OL in this class. When you look at recruiting 22+ classes pretty much each year they should on average be a whole team, with the addition of a specialist now and then. That's 5 OL recruits. And given that we were so short on OLinemen it would make sense to over recruit the position of a year or two. But in 2014 it was 4 (all athletic but underweight kids that will take time to develop), last year it was 3.5 (PP, JC for only 2 years), and this year it's apparently 4 (good ones at at that...).

Hudson, Ferns, Nixon, and White isn't realistic hope/guess. Hamlin is that WPa kid who somehow still ends up at Pitt regardless of the crowd stuff. Hudson looked great last night and I won't be shocked if he gets a few more late offers. Hansford has this WR line drawn in the sand.
