I think she had a nose job....or has a signficant amount of non-Filipino blood in her. Same for Miss Vietnam.
I was thinking it was good they had banners with their country's name. I wouldn't have been able to match many.
I didn't catch much, flipping from the football game. I did catch Steve Harvey trying to be funny with Miss Laos (?) who won the costume contest. She had no idea what he was talking about. He may have some problems once MeToo goes international.

I don't know what the criteria is to represent a country - her last name clearly isn't Filipino (Gray). Growing up in DoDDS schools, there were tons of mixed ethnicities from Marine and Filipino/Japanese/Thai/etc. marriages and some seriously beautiful children as a result.
