Not a lot of movement this week. Gulibon moved up a bit. Rasheed dropped 1 place. Cutch moved up 3 places due to his defeat of Dudley. As was the case last week, If the 2 computer generated rankings (WrestleStats and Dual Impact Index) are excluded from the Average, the Average would be the same for all but 1 PSUer (Rasheed is 12th in the full Average, and 11th if you exclude the computer generated rankings). Also, none of the guys that have wrestled at 285 for PSU this season are in more than half of the rankings, which is my requirement for including a PSUer in the Average.

They adjusted the ranking. I looked last night when they were first posted and saw the same thing FT is reporting ... McCutcheon three spots ahead of Brooks. I thought it was a tough ranking to justify.

Since I post the weekly review, I do watch the various sites, and have a pretty good handle on their operations (at least with regard to the rankings). Once Flo went to a redesigned web site, they went from posting rankings on Tuesday to starting to populate their new rankings around 11 pm on Monday night. However, I've noticed that it's not as though when they appear they instantly are populated at each weight class. Plus, I've also noticed that as they trickle out, there are times when the rankings seem inaccurate, and then the actual rankings appear. For that reason, I've learned to refrain from posting their rankings until all weight classes are populated, and things appear to be stable.

I guess the computers are telling us that 141 is a much more volatile wt class than 184? not sure i agree, but how do you debate a computer?

Wow, I'm going to need to investigate that one...

Looking at his rankings history (Jimmy Gulibon ranking history), I'd say last week was more of the anomoly. I'm wondering if the ranking ended abruptly last week before everything evened-out.
