thank you elvis...you left it wide open..I couldn't resist. My father ate rattlers when we lived in Colorado he enjoyed it. My son, while supposedly studying at PSU in the mid 80's wondered to New Orleans with some friends for about a week and had alligator and several other delicacies he enjoyed all. I love calves' hearts the way my grandmother prepared and my wife made me her recipe several time in the early years when the hearts we easy to obtain at the market. haven't had hearts in two decades or more. I asked my wife if I could get some hearts if she would treat me..she frowned !
