Here's what we know so far...

1. Intel community used "open sources" in order to "connect the dots" for the complaint. In other words, they used the Fake News! Doesn't concern you. Remember when Chuck Schumer said you don't cross the Intel community because they have "six ways from Sunday" of getting back at you.

2. The statute doesn't apply to the Prez because he's outside Intel community. That's why DNI couldn't release it directly to Congress.

3. This process (congressional hearing) is an attempt to do an 'end-around' on the statute. Make it look like something criminal is going on. In other words, it's another show trial.

4. The whistle blower had a lot of political bias and his info was obtained 2nd and 3rd hand.

5. What's left is the telephone call transcript and as you know, there's no 'there' there. Soliciting a foreign power for non-monetary help is unethical but not illegal.

As a side note and regarding Joe Macguire, he finished Navy Seal training with a broken leg. That might explain his retort to WaPo when he said, "I never quit anything in my life and I'm not about to now."

Thanks you.
