I hope Monroe, but it could be Scott. But I believe Scott backs up Allen.

I just wanna see someone with more SPEED on there for Apke. Apke gets the most out of his athletic skills, but the Lions could really use more speed at the safety position. PSU is gonna beat the tar out of Maryland anyway, so this is a great chance to bring in a fast underclassman for some game experience.
