I heard the other day there are kids as young as seven going to bo s gym to learn mma that's impressive hope we don't lose wrestlers to MMA that early or maybe bo is preparing future Penn staters for Rutgers or teaching them how to throw a legal punch to the back

I know it’s probably an unpopular opinion in PA but I wished PA would go to one individual tournament as well. For team championships, I like 3 classes. AA, AAA AAAA. Quad A would be privates and parochials and any public school that has been found to have recruited athletes for athletic purposes.

Josh Barr beat Manny Rojas again to win 171 Michigan state championship. 5-2 this time.
For those with a Flo sub, see his match below. The most interesting thing to me about Barr is his foot speed at his height/length. Manny Rojas beat a B1G starter this year (Nijenhuis) and Barr’s footwork kept Rojas so far away from a leg on almost all of his shots.
