Why "Social Media" is great....

I love when he states - maybe in this interview, but definitely in a recent one - that not giving up takedowns is nice, but it’s not a priority of his since he always plans to go out and get to his offense regardless of what happens.

I always hear about these defensive statistics - the classic case involved Mack Lewnes before he wrestled Ruth. BFD. Will Lewan gives up few TDs - easy to do when you never get out of a defensive stance.
It’s amazing to see how grounded he is in the ethos of wrestling free half way through his freshman year.

I don't expect Mitch to change his pressure and attack rate. He is going to come hard win or lose.
Yes, he said something similar in his interview above. He would rather lose in an exciting match where he let it fly and gave it all he's got than win a boring match. I loved his comment that way too many college wrestling matches are low scoring and close.

Other wrestlers are content to be like monkey bars. MM wants to be like Cirque du Soleil.

Of course I thought he was also.

Bought a case of that crap on special to see what all the buzz is about. My take, it's nasty and undrinkable. People are amazing, which is probably the wrong word for it.

It's my son's senior year of high school. He's been wrestling since he was six. Today is his last tournament before leagues, regional's, sectional's, and ultimately states. The weekly tournaments at random High schools have been a part of our lives together since sixth grade. I drop him off for weigh ins at 7am then sit in a Starbucks until 9am when the wrestling starts. Today is bittersweet so I raised the mood with my favorite 60 seconds on Youtube 😎

It seems to go by to quickly. Appreciate the next few weeks.

I cannot find the link but it looks like Ravi Kumar, the 2020 Olympic silver medalist at 57kg is in the room training with some of the guys, saw on Instagram he and RBY rolling around.

Is Jordan beginning to look at his long-rumored (wished) takeover in Piscataway?
🤔

Couldn't be Rutgers, because they are performing at basically the same level since after the 2015-16 season, so they are not "underperforming as of late". Lehigh would fit the bill better, I think. Illinois, as suggested just above, might fit also.
