Bingo. Most don't realize how important the back row play is. Poor passes lead to poor sets lead to poor hitting. Good passes lead to good sets lead to good hits lead to wins. We started the first set with very poor passing but after that it got MUCH better and we beat a very good Stanford team in straight sets. I look forward to another great season for the women's vball team.

At least there was one dominating PSU win today. PSU looked like they were playing for another Championship. Stanford's super seniors didn't show up though. I expect we'll see a different Stanford team at end of season.

As much as I dislike the BTN, it is sweet to see our WVB team play there.

Stanford is still trying to find itself after the season-ending injury of Inky. When Inky is in the middle, Stanford is a much different team. She can match up physically with Haleigh and Heidi.
