Zach Kuntz..super fast!

I had no idea this kid was a sprinter. Not sure how he did at the PIAA 110 hurdles, but at 6'8" 220, that is really fast. Excited to see him enrolling early!
He won 2A.

Looks like he could put on about 25 pounds and step right in for Gesicki. He will be completely impossible to cover with that size and speed.

Don't sleep on Friermuth either. Both of these kids are studs.

Last time they had two TEs of this caliber in the same class -- I'm thinking you have to go back to Gilmore and Stewart in 1997. Both those guys played 10 seasons in the NFL.

Thanks for posting and I'm looking forward to seeing him on the field at beaver stadium. I guess that may be as soon as April 2018 with his early enrollment.

Not to derail the thread, but does someone who competes in the hurdle races really called a sprinter? They are both runners, but do they call themselves "hurdlerers" instead of sprinters?

Yes...hurdlers

Picture below..John Gilmore, Donald, myself & one of my granddaughters from Alabama.

"There are a number of former players here—Yaacov Yisrael, John Gilmore, Bill Spoor and Patrick Flanagan who finished in 2012.

Our recruiting visit to John Gilmore’s school was one of my favorites. We took Joe Paterno to Wilson High School. John’s family are just great people. His coach Gerry Slemmer was an outstanding person and coach. Gerry had set up an elementary school pep rally for Joe Paterno and John…these little kids knew all the songs and cheers and Joe just loved it.

John and Tony Stewart were among the last guys I coached as Tight Ends Coach and they combined for 19 or 20 years in the NFL."
