Last thing I heard was from NOVA and he said it was just internet bs and there isn’t a new 125. I take things he says as truth. He seems quite connected when it comes to those things.

Maybe I missed it talked about here already, but I heard a rumor about Jose Rodriguez (who left tOSU last year) on I think the PA Power podcast. I tend to think all the rumors were nonsense because it seems something definitive would've emerged by now.

I strongly suspect "Jose Rodriguez" is a rumor because people are confusing him with Josh Rodriguez (who's on the NLWC roster but out of NCAA eligibility) and not checking the facts.
Aside from fading down the stretch from the cut to 125, Jose left Ohio State with felony assault charges hanging over his head.
Talented wrestler from Boise State with eligibility left has enrolled in grad school at Penn State and has been training with the NLWC. Is the “who” really a mystery?
Not quite there. Most of HR seemingly (for vodka) has Downey as a NC.
I wouldn't quite go that far. Kuhn is enrolled at PSU but no evidence that he is on the team. Plus, he has bee injured the last 3 years and was at 133 for the last 2 years in those abbreviated seasons so even if he did join the team the chances of him scoring any points at 125 at NCAAs or even BIGs is remote.
Agreed NoVa. But....if he is planning to wrestle, and is dropping to 125 somehow. He sure as heck wouldn’t jump on those scales at the Scuffle and get an official weigh in until he’s near enuff to 125 to make it by this weekend. He wouldn’t even show up, in my opinion.

Cody was asked last week, I understand, very reliable source. Basically said there's no one new in the room (at that point), and left it at that.
Cody's answer was more along the lines that as of right now we have no one to add to our roster. I took it to mean, ask me today I got nothing for you. Ask me later and that could change.

And, if they seem evasive with their reply, refer to them as a snowflake, and you can really feel like a badbutt.

As my own caveat here, when the rumor first came to my attention it was that we wouldn't know anything before the Michigan match
Folks on the HR are saying that PD3 hasnt started working out with the team yet because until school officially starts a mid semester transfer isnt officially on the team. So the person in question can workout with the RTC and then classes start and Poof your on the team.

Clearly the kid in question is in the directory, that isnt a coincidence. Caels and Codys coach speak also indicates this is all it is.

Of course..that's what he was recruited for. My guess is they thinking Teasdale next year at 125, Teske redshirt and then Teske fills in at 125 as Teasdale/RBY go 133 and one of them redshirts that year.
If Teasdale can't make the weight then it would be Teske job next year

The next semester starts whenever the previous semester ends. If he’s enrolled in December he can practice. If you need an example.......see any freshman showing up for soccer, FH and football in August.
